Rates quoted are per room based on double occupancy and subject to applicable Sales Tax. A Full American Breakfast is included. A daily gratuity of $4.00 per guest will be added for the housekeeping and breakfast staff. Add $5.00 per person if staying only one night.

Extra Person Charge
Children under 5 Free (if no extra bedding is required).
Crib or air mattress $10.00, age 5-15 $15.00, ages 16 and above $30.00.
Deposit required - one night per 7 days or part.
Cancellation and Amendment Policy: 14 Days notice required for refund
We will refund your deposit (less $20.00 administration fee) only if we receive at least 14 days notice (30 days for 3 rooms or more) of your cancellation or change of dates or, otherwise, if the hotel is fully booked for each night of your stay. If rough seas prevent all boats from making the passage on your day of arrival, there will be no charge for that day only.
Why this policy? Because our season is short and our rooms limited. Whilst we sympathize with our guests' unforeseen circumstances, if the Inn is penalized for them, we simply cannot stay in business! Thank you for your understanding.
Reserve a Room
After experimenting with an email form, we've decided that the best way to serve you with a reservation is to talk to you by telephone. Please give us a call to arrange your accommodations. We are available beginning January 2nd, 2009, to take reservations for the 2009 season.
