Cancellation and Amendment Policy:
- A deposit equal to the cost of one night’s stay is required. The deposit will be refunded in full (less a $25.00 administrative fee) with at least 14-days notice of a cancellation or change of dates. A minimum of 30-days notice is required for a block of 3 or more rooms and Ocean-View Suites. The deposit will be forfeited if a cancellation is received with less notice than described in the policy above. If rough seas force cancellation of all boats (from all 3 departure ports – Monhegan Boat Line, Hardy Boat & Balmy Days) on your day of arrival, there is no charge for that day only. As our season is short and our location remote, we appreciate your understanding that we must have a strict cancellation policy.
